YFC MISSION STATEMENT
The Young Faculty Committee (YFC) of the Aortic Association is a distinguished consortium of interdisciplinary specialists, including cardiac surgeons, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and allied experts, devoted to curating and propagating dynamic case-based learning and educational resources focusing on aortic diseases.
OUR ACTIVITIES
The Young Faculty Committee (YFC) is engaged in a variety of topics, ranging from Education (Seminar, Summit, and based Learning), to Scientific Affairs, to Career Planning. Through these initiatives, we are committed to nurturing the professional growth of young specialists by providing support in career planning, fostering invaluable networking opportunities with a cadre of aortic-focused specialists, and facilitating paths for international research collaboration and innovation in aortic care on a global scale.
With an unwavering focus on personal education and professional development, one of our future endeavors will be to establish a bespoke library exclusively dedicated to the publication of intricate aortic cases, fostering publication opportunities.
YFC works in close collaboration with the Aortic Leadership team in fulfilling these initiatives.
