Anastasia Alokhina graduated with a medical degree from the University of Cologne, Germany, including additional international experience at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, USA. She is currently a second-year resident in the Department of Cardiac Surgery at the University Hospital of Cologne, Germany.

She is a member of the Aortic Disease Research Group at the Heart Center of the University of Cologne. Her clinical and academic interests center on diseases of the thoracic aorta and advanced surgical approaches in aortic pathology.

Beyond her clinical and academic activities, she has contributed to humanitarian projects and organized medical aid deliveries to Ukrainian hospitals.
